calculating: no	I have looked on the website and found some details that show Psi values (?außen). Please could you confirm whether Condetti is capable of calculating Psi values, or whether this is simply text on the drawing?	Its only pictures without calculating. That comes from the idea of develloping: we had the condetti material in hard paper for educating in schools, seminaries and conferences of the energy and environment center (www.e-u-z.de) and also in the german wood construction academy. When the groups had found good solutions, we wanted to give them the result on their way home. So we needed a fast tool to get the construction set on PC and on black & white laser printer. Also the paper devellopers wanted a fast tool to send develloped construction paintings to magazines for publishing. So we got together and I found the long term solution in a normal office software without programming. But it took a long time to make the elements small, clear, black-and-white-printable.
cost	I'm still not clear on the cost of a UK copy of Condetti. Will it be the same as elsewhere in Europe?	It cost the same in Europe, only the shipping is 2 Euro cheaper if it is inside Germany.

(including postage to the UK) I will need to talk to my employer before we can consider placing an order, this information would be useful.	It cost the same all over Europe. dependent on office software	You say that "You can use it in MS Word or MS Publisher" is Condetti stand alone software or does it operate from within MS Word or MS Publisher. (I hope this question is clear)	You can buy condetti PC pub or doc, so you get a legend of these pictures, from where you can copy a single material and drop it into a new file of Word (doc) or MS Publisher (pub). It doesn't work - you have to work yourself by copy and paste. You can try open office for the doc-version, but maybe it is complicate to arrange the pictures as well and as exact as in MS Word . It can be used from MS Word 97 or MS Publisher 98.
library of building materials	Does Condetti have a library of building materials, or does the user have to create this?	condetti has nearly 100 building material pictures, many of them free scaleable. There exists one more legend with that material, that can not be turned. The legend is from 5 to 90 degree in steps of 5 degree.
PassivHouse Standard tool till now not in English	I have been researching the PassivHaus standard and I have heard that your Condetti software is an excellent tool for developing airtightness detailing and eliminating thermal bridging. Please could you offer some more information on how this software operates and what advantages it offers architects beyond that of normal CAD software. Finally and most importantly, will you be creating and English language version at some point in the near future. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.	The purpose is, that with condetti PC you get a tool with many single parts in form of small digital pictures, that you can combine fast to a construction detail, especially used for low energy / passiv houses. You can use it in MS Word or MS Publisher. And the file is so small, that you are able to send it fast as an email. And if you print it black & white, you still can recognize the detail. Now you have frequently used parts in construction details, so you don't need to design it by yourself, and the same patterns are used by many people. So it is a sort of language, where architects and engeneers can bring all information needed fast and clear to all the workers that build a house.
taxes	Do I have to pay German taxes	If you write me your international tax identification number, I can send without tax, but 4 times a year I write the commerce to the German tax office for foreign affairs.
test version	Is there a demonstration copy of the software that I could use to evaluate the software?	No but if you tell me you have MS Word 97 or higher or Microsoft Publisher 98 or higher. I could send you one of the three legends by email to try. I don't earn much money by this, so I'm depending on your honest.
